The Park Hyatt Istanbul is located in Macka Palas. We used Uber from the airport, which took nearly an hour at a cost of 100 TRY (~$35 USD).

The lobby is beautifully decorated and gorgeous. The space is very inviting even though it is carries the minimalist Park Hyatt design.

Check-in was very smooth and we were checked in by one of the managers. Somewhere in my profile it was noted that my wife likes candles, and she presented my wife a candle that was specifically made for the Park Hyatt Istanbul by Blaise Maitin. This was way above and beyond expectation, especially since we had never stayed at the Park Hyatt Istanbul before.

Next to the elevator is a small library.

We were escorted to our room and was led down a long hallway.

We were given a TerraceSuite King, as I had applied a suite upgrade to the reservation.

Upon entering the room, there is a long L-shaped hallway leading to the room.
The bathroom is located to the left and is an absolute stunning area. The bathroom floor can also be heated to make things more comfortable on cold days.

There is a single sink when you first turn into the bathroom. Counter space is somewhat limited.

The unique feature about the room is that there is a separate faucet that dispenses drinking water.

Blaise Mautin products are proudly displayed.

The shower area is a very large space, which combines a large tub with an open shower area next to it. Also located next to the tub is an ablution sink.

The main feature of the bathroom is the sauna, which took about 15 minutes to heat up.

The toilet also has a bidet, with a small sink as well.

Exiting the bathroom is the closet area, which is spacious. There is also a small dresser in the area.

Separating the closet area, to the rest of the room is a dresser/mini bar.

The mini bar contents included several bottles of alcohol and snacks.
The desk was on the smaller side, but there was enough working space for most people.

A welcome amenity was also in the room, which a bowl of fruit and plate of cookies.

Next to the desk, was a comfortable chair.

The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of space around the bed in which to maneuver.

Breakfast was served in the lobby restaurant, which is on the cozy side as there are only about 10 tables. In the two days of our stay, we only saw one other table occupied.

Breakfast consists of a small, but high quality buffet.

In addition, you can order an entrée from the menu.
Service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted us whenever we entered or exited the property. I would definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in Istanbul.
